Prizes

This tournament is a Charity Tournament all money raised will be going to Food Bank’s across Alberta!

In order to participate we ask all players to make at least a $10 donation to the Food Bank, or a $50 or more donation to register a team.

1st Place Team
All Players will receive a $25 RP Card as well as a 5 hour gift card to OverKlocked Gaming

2nd Place
All players will receive a $10 RP Card as well as a 5 hour gift card to OverKlocked Gaming

Also anyone who donates (even if you don’t participate) will be entered into a raffle for prizes to be drawn on stream during the tournament!


Event Description

This tournament will be an Online tournament. We hope to be back to in-person tournaments soon, but we’re taking this as an opportunity to expand our reach throughout Alberta!

OverKlocked Gaming is proud to be partnering with ICUVideo (https://www.icuvideo.ca) The Alberta Esports Assosiation (https://esportsalberta.ca/) and the Alberta FPS Community  (https://discord.gg/7KreU9B) to bring this Valorant Charity Tournament to all Alberta!

The event itself will take place over 2 Days.

Team Captains will all need to join the Discord server to co-ordinate matches.

After a Game is complete the Team Captain of the winning team needs to take a screenshot of the victory screen and attach it in the tournament-reporting room on discord. The admin’s will then update the bracket.

Team Captains will be responsible for getting the custom lobby set up and players invited. Once a match has been assigned players will have 15 minutes maximum to get the get started. In the event of a conflict or issue reach out to an admin right away and we will try and resolve it.

Tournament Structure

The Tournament will be have a maximum capacity of 32 Teams.

The tournament is Double Elimination, meaning you need to lose to two teams in order to be eliminated.

Most games will be best of 1 except where denoted on the below schedule. Please note the schedule is tentative and subject to change based on the time of games/technical difficulties/unforeseen issues.

The Team that makes it to the winners finals without losing will have a 1 game advantage in a final best of 5.

Tournament Rules

Be Courteous – The tournament Admins reserves the right to eject a player/team if they are being abusive to any other player.
Matches must be reported as soon as they are finished.
Teams not on time for their match risk being disqualified.
